The Students of Department of the Materials Science and Nanotechnology Engineering, TOBB ETÜ Joined the Electric Vehicle Contest Organized by TÜBİTAK

TOBB ETÜ joined the international “Efficiency Challenge Electric Vehicle" contest, which is organized for the 12th time this year by TÜBİTAK (The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey), in the “Battery-Powered Electric Vehicle (Electromobile)” category.

Team captain Tarık Can Türkoğlu (2nd grade, Department of the Materials Science and Nanotechnology Engineering, TOBB ETÜ), who stated that TOBB ETÜ's team had to withdraw from the contest in the last minute on account of a technical error, said that they gained significant experience and that they were committed to maintain their efforts to improve the prototype of their electric vehicle, which is an output of the university - industry cooperation.
