Double Award for TOBB ETÜ Economics at the Economics and Society Conference

PhD students from the Department of Economics at TOBB University of Economics and Technology achieved notable success at the 3rd Economics and Society Conference, receiving awards in the Best Presentation category.
Following the conference evaluations, our PhD student Ayşe Sevde Gevrek was awarded second place for her paper titled “Genetic Algorithm Learning in Non-Cooperative Games: Equilibrium Refinements and Evolutionary Stability.”
In the same category, our PhD student Aysu Çelgin received the third-place award for her paper “Home Country Credit Ratings and the Cyclical Responses of Migrants' Remittances to Output Movements Over Domestic Business Cycles.”
