Defense Industry and Engineering Days Held at TOBB ETÜ

The Defense Industry and Engineering Days (S2MG) organized by IEEE and OSA chapters of TOBB ETÜ was held on March 18-19 at TOBB ETÜ Conference Hall, with the attendance of over 150 students from various universities in Ankara.

The S2MG aimed to bring together managers in defense industry and the students.  It aimed to increase their knowledge on defense industry, typical career paths and recent R&D and innovations in the industry. There were 7 speakers coming from prominent defense companies and institutions, such as Roketsan, TÜBİTAK, SelexES, Aselsan, Artron, SASAD along with Endoks, an energy company. Our students are proud to organize such an event that became a venue for exchange of information  and experiences. The event also hosted a poster session presenting defense research projects conducted in TOBB ETÜ.

We thank all the speakers, TOBB ETÜ IEEE and OSA student chapters, professors and Radio ETÜ Team that participated in organization and the event.
