Our Graduate Student Awarded the "Generation Google Scholarship for Women"
3 YEAR(S) AGOSimla Burcu Harma, a TOBB ETU Computer Engineering Department graduate for the 2019 academic year, has been granted the Generation Google Scholarship for Women in Computer Science.
Every year, the scholarship is awarded to 20 students from Europe, Africa, and the Middle East who demonstrate leadership, serve as role models, have high academic accomplishment, and have a passion for technology.
Simla Burcu Harma completed her double major at TOBB ETU Department of Computer Engineering and Mathematics, graduating as the top student, and then completed her master's under Prof. Dr. Oguz Ergin's supervision. She is presently doing her doctorate at EPFL under Prof. Babak Falsafi's supervision.
