Zeynep Esendemir, a Student of the Biomedical Engineering Department and a Member of the MUN Society Received Honorable Mention

The Model United Nations club of our school took part in Hasan Ali Sözel Model United Nations (hasalmun) event hosted by Acıbadem University. The activities led to our student Zeynep Esendemir receiving ‘honorable mention’ (meaning that the participant’s proposed solutions are reasonable and successful, and are likely to lead to ever greater successes). Other students who took part in the event as delegates, Şule Sarpkaya, Busenur Dalkıran, Ahsen Şevval Ulukanlıgil, and Şüheda Özdemir, on the other hand, got their certificates by attending all the sessions. Moreover, in the event Rüzgar Aydın served successfully as the 'Chair' (the individual tho leads the committee at Model United Nations and United Nations during the sessions), while Yiğit Selimoğlu served as the 'Academic Assistant' (one of the individuals who wrote the memos written separately for each committee).
